The Cognilego project is a joint research project of the Dyni-LSIS (PI Glotin) and the LNIA laboratories in Marseille-Toulon and the company A2iA in Paris. The Cognilego project is founded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche for 3 years, starting in 2011.
The project aims at developing novel systems for handwriting recognition based on the latest advances in cognitive perception research.
A complete integration of the cognitive process of reading is considered and systematic comparison to the state-of-the-art statistical models provided by A2iA will be performed : see the scientific program
